Design and install an ammonia refrigeration system at a new bakery in Minneapolis:
• two (2) temperature levels (-40°F and +28°F)
supply cooling to Spiral Freezers, Spiral Coolers, a Storage Freezer, a
Shipping Dock, and a Packaging Room
• ammonia-glycol heat exchanger will provide chilled glycol for various types of process equipment
