Line Bottom of spiral freezer with ¼” stainless steel plate and walls with 18 GA stainless steel:
• Fabrication shop and field welded
• All material was formed to slope toward the floor drain
• Material was tig welded in the field
• Two 12 hour shift for ten days in a row
• 1500 labor hours with no accidents
• All work was performed while production continued running in the plant with no interruptions
