- Extensive steam, condensate and specialty gas piping from the
existing plant through out the new facility.

- Connection to nine air handling units.
- Complete HVAC and ventilation including custom sheet metal work to connect to process equipment.
- Extensive rainwater and decontamination drain systems with new domestic waters throughout.
