Renovation/addition to the existing building including (heating, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection.
- New hot water distribution with steam heat exchangers off of the existing boilers.
- New air handling units, fans and associated ductwork.
- Upgrade plumbing in selected bathrooms.
- New mechanical room air handling units and remove condensers.
- Piping interface to new hot water distribution system.
- New bathroom groups.
